Ninjas are an unlikely myth in Grand Theft Auto IV.

Ninjas are believed to be seen in Acter Industrial Park. It isn't very well known and players who have claimed to have seen ninjas claim to have seen them running really fast, similar to Ratman. They are reported to wear dark clothes and to be extremely agile. Due to the rarity of this myth, the Ninja's behavior is unknown, although most players say that the Ninja is non-confrontational and will just run away from the player. The Karate Master is suspected to be the Ninja in disguise too but this hasn't been confirmed. There is a probability as he's the only guy equipped with the force to act in such a way.
