Hey Clem, I just wanted to tell you that your edits on the Children page are a little bit incorrect. What makes children "Proven" in a GTA videogame is when you can actually see them walking the streets like normal pedestrians, or if you see them in a cutscene. Just because they show up on a picture on a website, and not in gameplay, still makes their existence false, even though they technically "exist" in the GTA Universe. To be proven, you actually have to see them during gameplay as pedestrians.
well they have been in cutscenes, the first one was in GTA Vice City Stories, where this lady had a baby, and in gta v there is a cutscene in witch a lady has a baby, although it isnt seen it is head crying in the backround, to me thats "Proof" that Children exist in the gta universe, but they have never been seen just walking around the city.
