Eddie Pulaski is a mythical character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Unlike his major role in GTA San Andreas, he doesn't appear in GTA Vice City. However, some evidence suggests that he was to be placed in the game, but was ousted due to unknown reasons.

Description

There are particular audio files in the game that didn't make it to the final release, including some of Ken Rosenberg's dialogue used when the player is busted.

This file is named bust_17. This unearthed the theory that Pulaski joined the Vice City Police Department prior to working in the SAPD and eventually joining C.R.A.S.H. Further claims suggest that he was intended to be included in the game to play a certain role in Ken's storyline, however, this was never confirmed, thus remaining an unsolved myth.
